Haisam Farache- Solicitor
Haisam completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Western Sydney and his post-graduate studies at the University of Technology, Sydney. He has being practising law since the year 2000, predominantly, in the areas of Wills and Probate, Family and Commercial Law.
Haisam is distinguished as a Solicitor because of is qualifications in Shariah (Islamic Law). He is a graduate of the Dar al Mustafa Institute of Islamic Sciences, where he specialised in the disciplines of Inheritance and Marriage (Family) Law. He is currently a Shaykh at Imam Ali Mosque, Lakemba and he teaches at various mosques and colleges around Sydney. Haisam is also in demand as an authority on Islamic Law.
